FLORAL EDUCATION PROGRAM OF KENTUCKY

Full tuition scholarships are available for each program;

Beginner's Course without Lodging ($399) and KMF Certification Course with Lodging ($1440).

Either download the scholarship form below and mail the completed form to Sherry Bridges, KMF, MMDesigns Flowers & Gifts, 11033 E County Road 200 S, Crothersville, IN 47229 or complete the application below. Completed applications are to be postmarked or submitted no later than May 1, 2022. Applicants must be a KFA member or employed by a KFA member. Scholarships are non-transferable; final decisions by the panel is final.

Winners will be notified by May 17, 2022.
